 GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES

Working out on your own can be a boring, lonely experience. Research suggests that people are more likely to stick to their exercise regime and therefore see results if they have the support from others.

All of our classes are instructed by friendly, approachable instructors and you will discover that their clientele are just as friendly. Many friendships have been struck up at our classes and its great to be surrounded by like minded people interested in having fun and enjoying getting fit.

We at UK Fitness Academy acknowledge that not everyone enjoys the same type of workout and so we provide a complete range of land based fitness classes including athletic (but easy on the co-ordination!) circuit classes, all over body toning (once again, great if your not blessed with the dance gene!), stability ball training, healthy "Abs 'n' Backs", stretch, tone and relaxation (incorporating Pilates, Yoga and Chi-Ball), in addition to aerobics, dance aerobics and pure dance classes for those who like to boogaayy!!

All classes are led by highly qualified and experienced fitness leaders. They are equipped and trained to offer appropriate exercises for a variety of abilities, even accommodating clients with injuries.

Whilst we wish our clients to have fun, the focus is always on effectiveness, results and safety. Excellent technique is instructed and strived for. With us you will see and feel results, you will enjoy getting fit and with UK Fitness Academy, staying that way!
