An exciting class that includes exercises that will tone, shape and stretch your body like a dancer, followed by an easy to learn dance routine that will inspire you to burn

fat while you shake, shimmy and

BODYBLITZ

BIG BALLS AND WHAT TO DO WITH THEM

Body Blitz is the ultimate Athletic Cross Training class. Be motivated by UK Fitness Leader of the Year, Helen Carpenter-Waters, as she guides you through a series of easy to follow, cutting edge circuits. Get ready to grasp total fitness with both hands and reveal your true fitness potential. Does that sound like music to your ears? Are you ready to see results? Yes!! C U on Tuesdays.
